Shipping & Returns

We work to ensure that all orders are  quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount and weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
 
US based orders are shipped from our distribution center within 24-48 hrs.

Orders are processed and dispatched during regular business hours (Monday through Friday excluding major US holidays). For Expedited, Two Day and Next Day services, we promise to process your shipment the day you order, if ordered before 2pm ET on a working day. If ordered after 2pm ET we guarantee to process your order the next working day.

Tracking my order

Depending on your location and selected shipping method, your order will arrive 3-10 business days after it is processed. To keep you updated, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse that will include a tracking number for your order.

Please note: Your billing address will need to match the address your credit/debit card company has on file. If it does not match, your order may be declined for security purposes.

International shipping policy

Our international shipping cost varies depending on weight and destination. Total freight costs will be displayed during checkout based upon your items and their destination country.

Note: Customs, duties and/or sales taxes may be due on international shipments. The Buyer (you) is responsible for any duties, taxes, or shipping company brokerage fees, before the package can be delivered or collected. Any orders that are returned to us because of unpaid charges will be refunded minus any shipping costs we incur.

We offer fast, reliable shipping via DHL International. In some countries, DHL may also interface with local carriers for the final delivery of your package.

International return policy

All international orders are eligible for return for 45 days from the date of your order. Only unopened items may be returned. It is important to note that, in the event of your order being returned to us due to a banned or restricted products policy, an incorrect shipping address, a refusal to pay customs fees or acceptance of the order, or if there is no one available to accept your order, you will receive a refund in the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.  If paid by credit card, you will be required to provide the last four digits and the expiration date of the original credit card used for the purchase. If payment was made by check/money order, we will issue a refund in the form of a company check.

Damaged or missing items

If there is any damage to your shipment, missing items or package, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt for us to file a claim with the shipping company chosen at the point of sale, so that we may file a claim and re-ship your order. Any claims after this 5 day period, cannot be accepted or processed.

In the event of a damaged item, please  email us a photo of the affected items and we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no cost to you. Domestic money back guarantee and returns

At Professional Blends, providing the highest quality merchandise to our customers is our passion, and we want our customers to love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, return the unused portion in the original packaging and we will promptly refund your money.

Return items must be received by our facility within 30 days of purchase date, along with receipt of purchase for a full refund.

Returns that do not include name, address, and order number cannot be credited to an account and will be discarded.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any original shipping costs.  Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees. We never charge a restocking fee on domestic orders.

Satisfaction guaranteed! To return items you are unsatisfied with, we do not require you to contact us beforehand, nor do we require you to get a return authorization from us.

If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to assure its arrival at our facility. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received one yet, double check your bank account before contacting your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still cannot located the expected refunded funds, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discrepancies and shortages

If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, or you purchased the wrong product or received the wrong product by accident, we will gladly exchange the unopened container for another item.  Please contact customer service immediately.

All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 60 days of the issued invoice date. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 60 days of the invoice date.

Refused items or undelivered packages

If ordered product(s) are refused upon delivery or undeliverable, the returned products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost deducted from the total refund amount.

Change to our return policy

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change our return policy at any time by posting revised terms to our Return Policy. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this policy or other terms means you accept the changes.
